This fun, water based workout is suitable for all fitness levels.

Using the water as resistance is a safe and effective full body workout

designed to tone your body and improve fitness whilst reducing the

stress on the joints.

 

Each session includes warm up, aerobic and body-conditioning sections.

The body conditioning section uses the additional resistance in the water

of "Noodles" - flexible buoyancy aids - to increase your work-load.
